Please read these terms before booking a tour with Darwesh Travels. Last updated 2026.
A confirmed booking requires a deposit as advised by our team at the time of quotation; the balance is due before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted are per person in PKR and are subject to change until a deposit is received, particularly for international and Umrah packages where airfare and visa costs fluctuate.
Northern Pakistan tours can be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before departure, subject to seat availability on the new date. Cancellations within 7 days of departure may forfeit part or all of the deposit, as transport and hotel bookings are confirmed with our partners in advance. International and Umrah packages follow the cancellation policy of the relevant airline and hotel partner, which we share with you at the time of booking.
Itineraries are planned around typical road, weather and seasonal conditions in Northern Pakistan. Darwesh Travels reserves the right to modify a route, hotel, or schedule where required by weather closures, road conditions, security advisories, or circumstances beyond our control, while keeping the overall value and duration of the package as close as possible to what was booked.
Travelers are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of tour guides and drivers, particularly around road safety, altitude, and river or lake activities. Darwesh Travels is not liable for losses arising from a traveler's own negligence, failure to disclose a relevant medical condition, or participation in optional activities against guide advice.
Travelers are responsible for holding a valid CNIC/passport and any permits required for the areas visited. For international and Umrah tours, Darwesh Travels assists with visa documentation, but final visa approval rests with the relevant embassy or authority and is not guaranteed by Darwesh Travels.
Darwesh Travels acts as an agent for third-party transport operators, hotels, and airlines, and our liability is limited to the services we directly provide and control. We are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Northern Pakistan package prices on this website reflect our current official price list and are updated periodically to account for fuel and other cost changes. International package pricing is quoted individually based on live airline and visa costs at the time of enquiry.
